Dapatcuci Terms and Conditions — Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "dapatcuci" refers to the digital entertainment platform accessible at dapatcuci.vu, including all products, services, and content provided under this brand.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the dapatcuci platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique member profile created upon registration, including wallet balance, transaction history, and relevant personal information.
• "Service" refers to all forms of entertainment, games, betting, promotions, and other features available through the dapatcuci platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the member themselves, or winnings that have met all applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to bonus funds awarded by dapatcuci that are still subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the dapatcuci platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents physically located in Malaysia when using the service.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the dapatcuci platform.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• Not experiencing an active problem gambling issue or currently enrolled in a gambling recovery programme.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances confiscated. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid MyKad copy and proof of current address. dapatcuci reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for security or compliance purposes.

3Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Dapatcuci accepts deposits via a variety of local payment methods including eWallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum deposit limit is RM 20 for eWallet and RM 30 for bank transfer. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for standard members, although limits may vary for certain payment methods.

For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM 20 (eWallet) or RM 50 (bank transfer). Withdrawal processing times vary by method — eWallet withdrawals are typically instant to a few minutes, while bank transfers take between 15 minutes and 3 hours during banking hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account in the same member's name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Dapatcuci does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• In exceptional cases, dapatcuci reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the original deposit method may require additional verification.

Inactive balances (no login or transaction activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 5. Members will be notified via their registered email before any such fee is applied.

4Bonus & Promotions Policy

Dapatcuci offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) specified for each individual promotion.

Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you must wager before your bonus balance — or in some cases, your bonus plus deposit balance — can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 before the bonus is eligible for withdrawal.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Dapatcuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, multi-account coordination, or promotion abuse.
• The maximum bet while a bonus balance is active is RM 20 per game unless otherwise stated.
• Some games may not count, or may only partially count, towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements — please check the terms of each promotion for a list of eligible games.
• Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5Game Rules

All games offered on the dapatcuci platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system independently verified by internationally accredited audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair for all members.

Members agree to use dapatcuci services solely for personal entertainment and are not permitted to:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on the platform for unfair advantage. Wins obtained through such means will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any live casino game or poker.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account to play.

Dapatcuci reserves the right to void bets or games that occurred during a technical disruption affecting the integrity of gameplay. In such cases, affected bets will be fully refunded to the member's balance.

6Member Responsibilities

As a dapatcuci member, you are fully responsible for:

• Ensure all information in your account profile is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential. dapatcuci will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of disclosing login information to another party.
• Notify dapatcuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure your gaming activity remains within your personal financial means at all times.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gaming activity.

Members are also responsible for managing their gaming activity wisely. dapatcuci provides a range of self-control tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, and temporary break options — make full use of these tools to ensure a healthy and responsible gaming experience.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Dapatcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of:

• Fraud, misconduct, or any dishonest activity including bonus abuse.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Use of a payment method not belonging to the member.
• Proven to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the dapatcuci platform.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the dapatcuci support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any eligible real money balance will be returned to the member once the account review is complete — typically within 3 to 5 business days.

8Personal Data Protection

Dapatcuci takes seriously its responsibility to protect members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data collected is used solely for account management, transaction processing, service communications, and legal compliance.

All member personal data is stored on servers protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. dapatcuci will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your consent.

9Disclaimer

The dapatcuci platform is provided "as is" and dapatcuci does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 100% of the time. However, we make every effort to ensure the best and most stable platform performance.

Dapatcuci is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond dapatcuci's control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Please be aware that all forms of gambling carry real financial risk. dapatcuci does not guarantee any wins, and losses are a normal part of the gaming experience.

10Changes to Terms and Conditions

Dapatcuci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the dapatcuci platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real money balance before the changes take effect.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions accessible on this site at any time is the version in force and binding on all members.

11Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where dapatcuci operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations are unsuccessful, the member and dapatcuci agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
